Currently, shipping time for orders may be a little slower due to Covid. We ship your order within 24 hours (on business days), however, the shipping process then depends on the courier and situation in your country.
We ship our products EU-wide.
All orders will be shipped via registered mail through Slovak Post. A tracking number will be provided to give you a better idea of when it will arrive.
We try to ship as safe and inexpensive as possible. The price depends on the weight and size of your order and is calculated at checkout.
We dispatch all orders within 24 hrs on working days. Holidays and bank holidays might affect this time. When the order is shipped you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. The delivery itself usually takes approximately 5-7 days. For Slovakia and Czech Republic usually 3-5 days. Kindly note that delays are possible and these are just estimated delivery times. If it takes unreasonably longer, please contact us and we’ll have a look at what might have happened.
Should it happen that some of your items arrive damaged in the mail, please contact us, and we will issue a partial or full refund depending on the amount of items which arrive damaged. The refund excludes any duty/import fees payable in the recipient country, and will cover the amount paid in relation to the invoice. A refund will only be issued if you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order providing legible photograph proofs of the damaged item.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at plantsnobiety@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please be advised that you're covering all shipping costs associated with returns and new orders.
The purchasing of goods within the EU is not subject to any customs duties as the free movement of goods between individual EU Member States is ensured. If shipping to other countries, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We are not liable to pay any of these charges or taxes. For more information please contact your local customs office.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with the correct and complete delivery address when placing the order. If the customer fails to do so and the order is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the 'return to sender' charges as well as the cost to re-send the item/s.

No, you do not need to register to place an order, but you need to provide a valid e-mail address and contact details when placing an order.
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail.
